About
LULASFF was born in 2012 and is organized by professors Cecilia Herrera and Rosa Tapia (Lawrence University). Each edition features recent award-winning films from Latin America and Spain, as well as talks by acclaimed national and international directors, actors, and film experts.
LULASFF is a regional beacon for international and Latino cinema. A program of free screenings, lectures, Q&As, and receptions provides a space for community building centered on the celebration of diverse cultures and identities through film.
